Habitat for Humanity raises funds to cover the upfront cost of building a home and then extends a unique opportunity to deserving families. Through generous donations and community support, Habitat secures the necessary funds to construct safe and affordable homes. Once the house is complete, Habitat provides the homeowner with a 30-year interest-free mortgage that is tailored not to exceed 30% of their income. This innovative approach makes homeownership attainable, ensuring that families can achieve their dreams of owning a home without the financial burden of traditional mortgages. It’s a commitment to building not just houses but sustainable futures for individuals and communities.

Restore Donation
Every item donated to the Mesa County Restore helps fund the 100% of profits that go directly to building affordable homes in Mesa County. You can drop off your gently used household items from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Saturday.
